Alongside her professional experience, Karen has contributed significantly through numerous volunteer committee roles at both local and state levels, demonstrating her commitment to the community and showing great integrity.  She also brings a strong equine background, having run a successful Stud with her husband and two children as well as competed at the highest level within the Australian Stockhorse Society.
